Using the Help Beacon to send patient information

For security reasons, we request that you avoid sending patient names, dates of birth, and other Personal Identifiable Information to support. To send support a patient example you may be asked to use the "Help Beacon" - please follow the steps below:

For this example, let's say that we want to send the patient "James Addams" to support

1). Log into your Mirah site

2). Search for "James" in the search bar on the dashboard

3). Click on the details button for "James Addams".

4). Click on the Help Beacon in the bottom right corner.

5). Click on "Ask" in the pop-up. 

6). Add a subject and message (such as "providing patient information per request")  and click "Send a message." This will automatically create a help desk ticket containing a secure link to the patient, and you will receive an automatic email response from our help desk acknowledging that we have received your message.
