Checking Measure Responses

Sometimes, expected measures do not appear on the client’s Feedback Report for a given session. This is because the measure has not been sufficiently completed to the standard to generate a report. You can examine measure completion by looking at the respondent’s item answers.

To check if a measure was completed:

  1. From the patient dashboard, go into the patient’s Feedback Report.

  2. Once directed to the Report page, choose the session you would like to examine measure responses for under “Report Selector.”

  3. Click “Edit Response” and choose the client, caregiver, or teacher from which you would like to examine measure answers.

  4. You will be directed to a page listing the measures completed by the respondent and their answers to each question. Here you can see if any questions were left unanswered.
