The goal measure is for both clients and caregivers. If you want to add a goal for a caregiver, follow the below instructions.
1). Select "Create New Goal/Problem".
2). Direct your attention to the "Respondent" section.
3). Click on the caregiver from the drop down.
4). Input the goal/problem into the allotted text box.
5. The goal is now listed for the caregiver.
